Since 1996, our community center on Longridge has been a beacon of hope and assistance, offering a range of vital services to those who seek our help.
A Comprehensive Support System: Our program provides a facility and personalized support to help you access essential services including housing, benefits, employment, healthcare, education, as well as debt and money management. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a life of dignity and security, and our services are designed to make that a reality.
Assistance with Navigating Bureaucracy: We know that forms and procedures can be daunting. Our team is here to assist you with filling out forms and arranging appointments or meetings, ensuring you have the support you need to access the services you are entitled to.
Beyond Meals: As part of our commitment to comprehensive care, our Meals on Wheels service provides nutritious meals each weekday to those who are elderly or vulnerable, including a daily check-in. This service is more than just food; it’s about ensuring support is accessible to those who are isolated or in need.
Engage and Connect: We don’t just stop at providing essential services. Our centre hosts multiple events and activities throughout the year for both adults and children. These are designed to build meaningful memories and connections, fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.
